Mark Hays is currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. His research specializes in signal processing and connectivity analysis of human electrophysiological data, utilizing brain stimulation to investigate epileptogenic networks and validate computational markers for seizure localization. He regularly collects neural recordings and conducts stimulation testing with epilepsy patients, working with clinicians to incorporate his research products into effective clinical tools.
