Neurologic Solutions was founded in 2016 by Dr. Sridevi Sarma, inventor and Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, along with Dr. Jorge Gonzalez-Martinez, former lead neurosurgeon of the Cleveland Clinic – the largest epilepsy center in the US – and current neurosurgeon at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). The company combines the specialized biomedical engineering skills that have been developed within Dr. Sarma’s research lab and clinical insights from Dr. Gonzales-Martinez experience in treating thousands of patients with medically refractory epilepsy.
